His plan implements restructuring and cost-cutting. By Nicholas Tange’s request, Michiko Daimon begins to work at the Totei University Hospital again.

01 Episode 1 Michiko stumbles upon a remote house and befriends a Japanese Brazilian man. Troubled Totei University Hospital announces a foreign investment fund. 02 Episode 2 Two patients need a liver donor: an arrogant CEO, and a poor young man. But there is only one available donor who is known to them both. 03 Episode 3 An embattled cabinet minister requests admission to Totei to escape the press.
